When registering for demo accounts, software licenses, or support requests, we may collect institutional contact information including institute name, principal or administrator contact details, phone number, and official email address. Student and guardian information entered into the ERP by your school remains strictly private to your school account.
2. How We Use Information
Collected details are utilized exclusively to provision your software license, deliver multi-channel notification alerts (e.g. DLT SMS, WhatsApp notifications, parent push alerts), and provide ongoing technical assistance.
3. Zero Third-Party Monetization
We never sell, rent, or lease institutional data or student phone directories to third-party advertisers. All database entries are encrypted both in transit (via SSL/TLS 128-bit/256-bit protocols) and at rest on secure cloud servers.
4. Push Notifications & Cookies
Our web portal and mobile apps use standard browser cookies and Service Workers solely to maintain active sessions, remember user preferences, and deliver authorized push notifications (such as report card publications or fee reminders). Users can enable or disable push alerts at any time via the Notification Center or browser settings.
5. Data Retention & Rights
Schools may request exports of their entire institutional database at any time in standard formats (such as Excel, PDF, or SQL dumps). Upon termination of service, all subscriber cloud data will be purged following standard data hygiene protocols.
